The City of Irvine is accepting applications for one volunteer member-at-large position on the Irvine Health & Wellness Advisory Committee.
The committee acts in an advisory capacity to the Irvine City Council by providing input on the City’s health and wellness initiatives. It consists of seven City Council appointees, one member-at-large, and one representative each from the following educational organizations: Irvine Unified School District, Tustin Unified School District, and Irvine Valley College. The committee meets quarterly on Mondays from 5 to 7:30 p.m. at the Irvine Civic Center or other City locations.
Applicants must be willing to commit to a two-year term of active service from February 2027 through January 2029.
Residents interested in public health, wellness initiatives, and community engagement are encouraged to complete an application and submit it online. Completed applications must be submitted online by 5 p.m. Monday, October 5.
