Irvine, Calif. (August 11, 2022) – The Irvine Police Department (IPD) is seeking the public’s help in locating 76-year-old Eugene Davila.
Davila was discovered missing from his residence at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 10, 2022. His wife reported Davila and his vehicle were missing from the home they share in Irvine. She indicated he may be in the early stages of dementia.
Davila is 6’ tall, 165 pounds, with gray hair and green eyes. He is believed to be wearing an aqua colored t-shirt, tan shorts, and black sandals with red, white and blue stripes. He may be driving a 1999, white, 2-door Ford Explorer with a California license plate of 4EVJ554.
Cellular phone records suggest he may be in the area of Otay Mesa, near the US / Mexico border.
