The City of Irvine has released the new Available Property & Community Analytics Dashboard (Open in new window), which allows users to browse available property for sale and lease in the City of Irvine.
Featuring a variety of data, the new tool empowers business owners to view detailed real estate listings and assess potential business locations using information on the dashboard, which includes:
- Demographics
- Labor force
- Consumer expenditures
Additionally, custom map layers enable business owners to review listings within the context of important considerations, including zoning and development intensity/vehicle trip restrictions.
