The City of Irvine invites the community to honor and remember the lives of U.S. military service members who made the ultimate sacrifice at the annual Memorial Day Ceremony at Colonel Bill Barber Marine Corps Memorial Park Monday, May 25, at 10 a.m.
Taking place in the Formal Garden, this ceremony will include remarks from a Commanding Officer of Irvine’s adopted 2/11 Marine Battalion, honoring the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to the nation. Attendees will also have the opportunity to write messages of appreciation to the 2/11 Marine Battalion as a gesture of continued community support.
