The Subdivision Committee is a technical review committee comprised of managerial staff representing Community Development, Public Works, and Community Services Departments. The Committee is the approval authority for parcel maps and a recommending body to the Planning Commission for approval of tentative tract maps.
Meetings are held on the second and fourth Wednesdays of the month at 9 a.m. The public is welcome to attend.
