The Irvine Global Village Festival returns to the Great Park Saturday, October 10, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., inviting the community to experience cultures from around the world through performances, food, interactive activities, shopping, and more.
This year marks the festival’s 25th anniversary, commemorating a quarter-century of cultural celebration in Irvine. An immersive anniversary exhibit will trace the festival’s history, from its early days at Colonel Bill Barber Marine Corps Memorial Park to its evolution into Orange County’s signature multicultural event.
“For 25 years, the Irvine Global Village Festival has brought our community together to celebrate the diversity that makes Irvine such a vibrant place to live,” said Mayor Larry Agran. “The 25th anniversary is a wonderful milestone and an opportunity to reflect on the festival’s longstanding role in fostering inclusivity, understanding, and unity while inviting residents to learn from and appreciate different cultures, traditions, and perspectives.”
The event features more than 46 music and dance performances across three stages. The event will also include martial arts demonstrations and art exhibits. Families can make crafts, play in the bubble zone, and explore interactive activities throughout the event. The Global Marketplace will showcase handmade goods, artwork, and original products from more than 25 local artisans and junior entrepreneurs.
More than 30 food vendors will offer dishes and flavors from around the world, with select vendors offering a $5 sampling menu.

The Great Park is located at 8000 Great Park Blvd (Open in new window). The Irvine Global Village Festival will span several areas of the Great Park, including Great Park Live, the Palm Court Arts Complex, the Promenade, and surrounding areas. Admission and general parking are free. Premier parking is available in Lot 2 (Open in new window) for $10 on-site.
