Irvine Mayor-elect Donald P. Wagner, Councilmember-elect Melissa Fox and Councilmember-elect Christina L. Shea will be sworn in for their respective terms at 5 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 13, at the Irvine Civic Center. A public reception will be held in the lobby following the ceremony at 6 p.m. This is a public meeting and no RSVP is needed.
