- If there’s any doubt about who detained them or if they’re injured, call 9-1-1 immediately.
- Report the incident to Irvine Police Department's non-emergency line: 949-724-7000.
- To locate the person and get details:
- Visit U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement website (Open in new window). Note that it may take 24-48 hours for a name to appear.
- If not listed, contact LA ICE Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) Field Office at 213-830-7911 or email LosAngeles.Outreach@ICE.dhs.gov (Open in new window).
- Ask ICE for:
- Detainee’s location
- Bond status and amount, and
- Name and contact information for their ERO Case Officer (phone, email, and fax).
