The City of Irvine is committed to providing information about affordable housing opportunities and sharing interest lists for eligible developments. Prospective tenants are typically selected from these lists through a lottery process. Please see below for two currently open interest lists.
Nova Apartments
The affordable housing interest list (Open in new window) for Nova Apartments is officially open. Located at 18130 Derian Avenue, Irvine, CA 92614, Nova Apartments offers a selection of modern and affordable apartment homes. A total of 38 studio, one-, and two-bedroom apartments with eligibility in the Very Low (50% Area Median Income (AMI)), Low (80% AMI), and Moderate (120% AMI) income categories will be available.

After the interest list closes, an applicant lottery will be conducted.
Following the lottery, selected applicants will be contacted directly regarding the next
steps in the qualification process.
