2026 Wall of Recognition Ceremony

The 2026 Wall of Recognition Ceremony will be held Tuesday, June 9, beginning at 3 p.m., at Colonel Bill Barber Memorial Park followed by a special recognition at the Irvine City Council Meeting at 5 p.m., located at Irvine City Hall.

Established in 2006, the Wall of Recognition highlights individuals, groups, organizations, and businesses for their significant contributions to the Irvine community. This year includes the addition of 52 inductees to the Wall of Recognition, joining the more than 500 individuals, businesses, and organizations currently featured.

SBDC Small Business Clinic

The City is hosting a Small Business Development Center (SBDC) Small Business Clinic, where business owners will get the opportunity to connect with an SBDC consultant at no cost for a 30-minute one-on-one meeting and receive answers to their immediate needs pertaining to marketing, operations, financial assessment, and more.

This is an in-person event with select time slots between 5 and 8 p.m. Appointments are limited; one ticket per business.

City of Irvine Parks Rank No. 2 in the Nation for Second Consecutive Year

For the second consecutive year, the City of Irvine’s park system has been ranked No. 2 in the nation, and No. 1 in the state, in the annual ParkScore Index released today by the Trust for Public Land.
