Complete Required Camp Paperwork
- Set up or access your account at yourirvine.org (Open in new window).
- Make sure each child participating is added to your account.
- Fill out a Participant Permission & Medical Form (Open in new window) for all children participating.
- Parents will need to complete this form for all children ages 18 and younger. One form per child is good for the entire calendar year.
- Please note, additional paperwork may be requested by staff for campers with special medical needs.
