Please note that emails sent to the City Council by way of the City’s website are delivered to the City Manager’s Office for distribution in conformance with the City Council policy associated with Postal Service mail. Mail relating to City business that is addressed to the Mayor, City Council, or to individual Councilmembers will be distributed to the Mayor, to all Councilmembers, and to the City Manager and applicable department staff to ensure responses to correspondence are facilitated in a timely manner, as appropriate. Copies of all City business-related materials are maintained in the City Clerk’s Office for four years as required by public records law.

Please be advised that pursuant to the California Public Records Act (Government Code § 7920.000 et seq.), all written and oral comments, emails, or messages submitted to the City become public records. Any personal information you choose to include — such as your name, email address, physical address, or phone number — will be made available to the public and will not be redacted or blurred. All submissions will be included in the official, publicly accessible online meeting archives. To protect your privacy, you may choose to submit comments without including personal identifiers.
