Death Investigation

Irvine, CA – The Irvine Police Department (IPD) is conducting a death investigation at a residence.

 

On August 24, 2016, shortly after 12:20 p.m., IPD officers responded to a call of two individuals down inside a residence on Hexham in the Turtle Rock Community with what appeared to be gunshot wounds.  When IPD officers arrived they located two adult individuals, a male and female, deceased.

Irvine Police Department to Conduct Sobriety Checkpoint

IRVINE, CA – The Irvine Police Department (IPD) will conduct a sobriety checkpoint as part of the Department’s continued commitment to reducing injury and deaths caused by impaired drivers. The checkpoint will be conducted, Friday, August 26, 2016, from 8:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. in the area of Culver Drive and Irvine Center Drive.

Man Arrested for Trespassing, Possession of a Controlled Substance and Narcotic Paraphernalia

Irvine, CA – The Irvine Police Department (IPD) has arrested a man for trespassing, possession of a controlled substance and narcotic paraphernalia. Todd Marvin Marinovich, 47, of Irvine was arrested by IPD officers after receiving a suspicious subject call.
