Missing Boy Found Safe in Mission Viejo

Irvine, Calif.  (June 24, 2017) – Michael Edward Roman, 12, of Oceanside has been found safe in Mission Viejo. Michael was reported missing Friday after walking out of Kaiser hospital in Irvine. He was located just after 8 a.m. Saturday, when a member of the loss prevention staff at a Target store recognized him from a social media post reporting that he was missing.

Michael had last been seen at 10:50 a.m. on Friday, when surveillance cameras at Kaiser, 6670 Alton Parkway, captured him walking out of the facility and heading toward Alton.

Irvine Police Seek Public’s Help in Locating Missing Boy

Irvine, Calif.  (June 23, 2017) – Irvine Police Department officers are searching for a 12-year-old boy who was last seen at Kaiser hospital in Irvine on Friday morning. Michael Edward Roman is 5 feet, 5 inches tall, 100 pounds, with short dark brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a red Mike Trout/Anaheim Angels T-shirt, black shorts, black shoes with red trim, and a black Angels watch.
