The City of Irvine, in partnership with Second Harvest Food Bank, will host “Irvine Has Heart,” a community food drive, from February 12 through March 31 to help families and seniors in need. The goal of the drive is to collect 3,500 pounds of canned food items.

Two Juvenile Suspects Arrested for Assault with a BB Gun

Irvine, CA (Feb. 9, 2016): The Irvine Police Department (IPD) has arrested two juvenile suspects for assaulting multiple victims using a BB gun. The suspects, a 16 and 17-year-old male, were arrested Feb. 4, 2016, for assault with a deadly weapon.  The identities of the suspects are not being released because they are minors.
