Storytime in the Garden Schedule:

The foundation of any home garden is a solid understanding of seeds. Explore the topics of: seed biology and origins, current agricultural practices, heirloom versus conventional species, GMO products and seed saving techniques.  Learn to create seed tapes to plant perfect rows of vegetables and flowers in your own garden.

It's crafty, sustainable, delicious and fun. University of California Cooperative Extension (UCCE) Master Food Preservers demonstrate how to preserve what you harvest or purchase. Registration encouraged.
