City of Irvine to Honor Service Members with Inaugural Fourth of July Field of Valor Event

The City of Irvine, in partnership with the Irvine 2/11 Marine Adoption Committee, is hosting its inaugural Fourth of July Field of Valor event July 1–10, 8 a.m.–10 p.m., at the Great Park Reflecting Ponds. Members of the community are invited to honor veterans, active duty, or fallen service members by either sponsoring a flag or visiting the flag display.

All Media 2022 Exhibition Opens July 9 at Irvine Fine Arts Center

The Irvine Fine Arts Center is proud to announce the opening of All Media 2022, an exhibition featuring 56 local and regional artists whose artworks engage historic and contemporaneous themes. The exhibition will be on view July 9–October 8, with a free opening reception scheduled for Saturday, July 9, 2–4 p.m.

Family-Friendly Outdoor Summer Concert Series Returns to Irvine July 9

The City of Irvine annual summer tradition returns July 9, when the Sizzlin’ Summer Concert series kicks off at Mike Ward Community Park — Woodbridge.  

The community is invited to a series of free family-friendly concerts in the park covering a variety of musical tastes — from country rock and dance hits to classic soul and ’80s music. In addition to Saturday concerts, enjoy a Sunday series finale featuring Pacific Symphony. Bring a picnic basket or purchase treats from on-site gourmet food trucks.
