Coyote Responsible for Bite Captured

Irvine, Calif. (Oct. 27, 2016) – The coyote responsible for biting a 6-year-old boy in Springbrook Park in Irvine on October 9 has been trapped and euthanized. The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) used scientific evidence in determining the identification.

  • Irvine Police Department - Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 8 p.m.; Saturday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
  • Orange County Great Park Visitors Center - Thursday and Friday from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.; Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Irvine Police Department Seeks Public’s Help in Locating Burglary Suspects

Irvine, Calif. (Oct. 27, 2016) – The Irvine Police Department (IPD) is seeking the public’s help in locating two suspects wanted for stealing jewelry from the Brighton store at Irvine Spectrum Center earlier this year.
