Six Suspects Arrested Following Alert Officer Observation

Irvine, CA (April 7, 2016): The Irvine Police Department (IPD) has arrested six suspects on various charges including possession of drugs, probation and parole violations, and knowingly riding in a stolen vehicle. The suspects are identified as Shane Clarke, 26, of Tustin; Samantha Diehr, 26, of Irvine; Cameron Dimmick, 32, of Huntington Beach; Benjamin Nishie, 23, of Costa Mesa; Adam Quick, 31, of Huntington Beach; and Nouras Sairafe, 30, Long Beach.

Irvine Police Department Joins National Campaign to End Distracted Driving

Irvine, CA (April 1,2016): Distracted driving is such an important safety issue that April is recognized as National Distracted Driving Awareness Month.  In California, police, sheriff and California Highway Patrol (CHP) officials are joining the Office of Traffic Safety (OTS), National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), National Transportation Safety Board, and law enforcement throughout the country to focus on education and enforcement.
