Join Irvine in creating a truly climate-smart City for the future.

The Climate Action and Adaptation Plan (CAAP) is a quantifiable plan of action we can use to measure, track, and reduce greenhouse gas emissions and climate-related risks through a framework of initiatives most impactful to our City.

Residents who live in or near the Irvine Business Complex are invited to engage with City staff on the CAAP. Learn about the plan’s goals and provide feedback on how to prioritize the CAAP’s established measures.
