Irvine Police Arrest Man for Lewd Acts with a Minor

IRVINE, Calif. (December 21, 2023) – The Irvine Police Department (IPD) arrested 60-year-old registered sex offender Enrique Flores Martinez, of Santa Ana, for committing lewd acts with a 13- year-old.
