The Irvine 2/11 Marine Adoption Committee will be on-site at the Irvine Civic Center parking lot next to Deanna Manning Stadium at Colonel Bill Barber Marine Corps Memorial Park. Please follow the event directional signs to the toy drop-off area. Have toys ready in the trunk and/or back seat of your vehicle. Volunteers will assist with retrieving your toy donation.

National Prescription Drug Take Back Day

The Irvine Police Department (IPD) will be participating in the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration’s National Prescription Drug Take Back Day on Saturday, October 28, 2023, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
 
Community members can drop off unwanted medications at the designated locations in the City of Irvine. This free service, which allows the public to anonymously discard prescription medications, addresses a vital public safety and public health issue. The participating sites are:
