Support hunger relief efforts by donating canned goods or nonperishable food items to benefit local food banks. Donations will be accepted at the Visitors Center and Sports Complex 10 a.m.-10 p.m. Thursdays and Fridays and 9 a.m.-10 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays.

Santa is busy getting ready for the holidays and would love to hear from his friends in Irvine.

Heritage and Turtle Rock Community Parks will be accepting and sorting Santa's mail this holiday season. All letters will receive responses, which can be picked up where the letter was dropped off. Allow one week for resposnes; classrooms, allow two weeks. A drop-off and pick-up box will be located at both parks.
