State of the City Address will take place March 11 at the Irvine Civic Center

IRVINE, Calif. (February 18, 2025) The City of Irvine invites the community to the annual State of the City Address, delivered by Mayor Larry Agran. The March 11 event will take place at the Irvine Civic Center and begins with a free public reception at 4:30 p.m., followed by the Mayor’s address at 5:30 p.m.

Mayor Agran will provide valuable insights into the City's achievements over the past year and discuss upcoming projects and priorities that will shape Irvine’s future.

Irvine Police Investigating a Fatal Traffic Collision

IRVINE, Calif. (February 10, 2025) – A vehicle traffic collision occurred early this morning in the area of Jamboree Road and south of Warner Avenue. One driver has died from his injuries.

This morning, around 1:35 a.m., the Irvine Police Department (IPD) responded to reports of a traffic collision on Jamboree Road south of Warner Avenue. Our Orange County Fire Authority (OCFA) partners also responded to assist.
