City of Irvine receives the Prestigious Annual Achievement of Excellence in Procurement Award for the 18th Consecutive Year

The City of Irvine’s Administrative Services Department received the prestigious 2023 Annual Achievement of Excellence in Procurement® (AEP) award from the National Procurement Institute, Inc. (NPI). The AEP Award is earned by agencies that demonstrate a commitment to procurement excellence. This annual program recognizes procurement organizations that embrace Innovation, Professionalism, Productivity, Leadership and e-Procurement.

The AEP program encourages the development of excellence as well as continued organizational improvement to earn the award annually.

The City of Irvine will host the second annual Fiesta Latina en Irvine at the Great Park on Sunday, September 17, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.  

The event honors the generations of Latin American individuals and heroes who have positively influenced and enriched our nation, society, and community. Fiesta Latina en Irvine observes Hispanic Heritage Month, inviting the community to learn about the histories, cultures, traditions, and contributions of Hispanic Americans through music, food, language, and art. This free event is open to all ages.
